The first time I submitted the form, it returned a blank page, so I did it a second time. Too bad Google Docs doesn't send a confirmation email when someone submits a form.

This website's time zone seems a bit messed too... it thinks it's 3:58 pm, but the local time in America is between 7 - 10 am. Maybe it's in GMT?
